Condolence: With all my heart I pray in absolute joy that you were with me, and rejoice every day that you are still with me, in spirit, watching over us all. My Dear Sweet Loving Pau Pau - I am so fortunate to have spent so much time with you during your final years on this earth. Years before with great affection you left me so many kind memories. I will always keep you close to my heart as you always did for me. Spirits like you will live for eternity. One day I will join you, I cannot wait for that day to see you again. I love you more than anything, Pau Pau. YOU ARE TRULY the BEST inspiration to us all. With the utmost love from ALL of the Big Family, we all are waiting for the time when we can be with you--forever.

Condolence: My sympathy to the entire Ling family. We have lost touch over the years but I remember how important your family was to ours when we all lived in Philadelphia so many years ago. Many of my childhood memories revolve around visits to the laundry and being in the same class with Mary, who is my age. Your family, your mother and father, were good friends to my mother and father. I know my mother always kept in touch and that she valued her friendship with your mom. In the 50's, Asians were definitely outsiders. Many of the exclusion laws still applied. I know that your family's friendship eased the isolation my parents felt. My best to you all. I will remember your mother so fondly.

Condolence: "We once had something special that money couldn’t buy. We had a special person but we had to say good bye. If we were asked one question, why we thought the world of you, We could give a million answers and they all would be true. The heartache and the sadness may not always show. People say it lessens, but little do they know. Meet us in our dreams and talk to us once more and ease this everlasting pain that makes our hearts so sore. The road without you is so long, a tear for every mile. but we know one day when we reach the end, you will be waiting with a smile." Please accept our heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your loved one. Words can't express how saddened we are to hear of your loss. Our sincere sympathies to Paulette and her family. We pray the love of God enfolds you during this difficult time May your many memories of mother help to sustain you at this most difficult time. - See more at: http://www.choifuneralhome.com/tribute/details/403/Mary_Ling_______/condolences.html#content-start

Condolence From: Dorothy Andrews
Condolence: My condolences to Paulette and her sons Andrew and Robert with the loss of your mother and grandmother. I have been a friend of Paulette and her mother for several years. Mary was like my second mother. I will truly miss her. Paulette would take her mother to many activities including luncheons and bingo where we would meet., Paulette was always there for whatever Mary needed. Mary was blessed to have such a devoted and caring daughter like Paulette. Paulette could not have done a better job of taking care of her mother. I know what she was going thru since I was a caregiver for my mother. Andrew and Robert did all they could do for their grandmother. Mary was a lucky to have such a good daugher and grandsons . May God bless you all.

Condolence From: Marta Bivins
Condolence: In life there is only one certainty, that we will all die. Mary was blessed to have a daughter like Paulette, who devoted her life to her mother. Paulette and I are wonderful friends and she was truly missed during the time she cared for her mother. I only saw Paulette twice during her mother's convalescence and she would always have her mother with her. Paulette, know that you were the best thing to have happened to your mom; she often said that you saved her life, and you did. She was happy and loved by you and your sons during the most difficult times of her life. God bless you all; you will remain in my prayers. Dictated by Marta Bivins Edited and typed by Ryan Bivins
