Thai 蔡永良先生, Luong Vinh passed away peacefully at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery Campus on April 1st, 2019. Luong 永良 will be deeply missed by his loving wife Chau of 21 years and son Evan as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family. He is survived by his mother and 8 brothers and sisters.

To know Luong is to know he was a fighter with a caring heart. He was born in Cholon,Vietnam and was the fourth of nine. He was a refugee and immigrated to America. He came to America at age 15, working to bring the rest of his family over.

Known as Thai by his friends and peers, his passion was food and he worked for 25 years in the restaurant industry. He was an Executive Chef for many years and manager of the restaurant.

He also enjoyed fishing and gardening. Luong spent much of his life giving back to society. He volunteered his services at the Buddhist Temple often and would bring food for donation.

Resting at the Choi Funeral Home, Inc. The family will receive friends on April 7th at 9:45 am - 11:45 am. Funeral service will be held in 永豐殯儀館 Choi Funeral Home, 247 North 12th Street on April 7th at 12:00 pm.
