Obituary for 周定國先生 Ting Kwok Chow
Ting Kwok Chow passed in peace on 12/22/2021 at the age of 90. Ting was born in Guangdong, China on 4/3/1931. He came to the US in 1972 to make a better life for his family and spent the rest of his life resided in Collingswood, NJ.
He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family. Being an executive chef by trade, he also enjoyed authentic food from his homeland of China; his favorites were Peking Pork Ribs and Roasted Duck. His hobbies were exercising, Tai-Chi, orchids & plant gardening and spending time with his two much-loved birds (Lucky & Nubae).
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sum Nui Lui.

Proud grandfather of Cailyn & Brett Chow, Michele & Lindsey Chai, Alexander Ferrara, Linda Li, Jennifer (Simon) Wang, Angela (Daniel Yap) Li, Robert (Donna Li) & Chris Leung as well as Great-grandfather of Joshua Yap and Alex Leung .
